**KNFFL LLC / Penn Prime Flag: Terms, Conditions & Financial Policies****1. Strict No-Refund Policy**The official policy of KNFFL LLC / Penn Prime Flag is to issue
**NO REFUNDS** under any circumstances after the official close of registration. By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to this financial commitment.
**Season Transfers:** If a situation arises before the start of the season where a player can no longer participate, you may be eligible to transfer your registration credit to a future season or tournaments hosted by Penn Prime at the sole discretion of league management. Credits hold no cash value and cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
**2. League Structure & Cancellations**To ensure a balanced, safe, and competitive environment, KNFFL LLC / Penn Prime Flag reserves the right to modify, alter, or restructure the season format, game schedules, and division alignments.
**Low Enrollment:** We reserve the right to cancel any division based upon low enrollment or conditions beyond our control. In the event KNFFL LLC / Penn Prime Flag cancels a division, the participant will receive a full credit to another season. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
**Division Parity:** League management reserves the right to combine age groups or divisions as deemed necessary. All roster placements, coaching assignments, and division structures are final and non-disputable.
**3. Spectator & Attendance Policies**Refunds will not be given based on COVID-19 or any other venue-imposed spectator limits. KNFFL LLC / Penn Prime Flag will not issue a refund if you are unable to watch your child play due to facility capacity restrictions or health and safety guidelines.
**4. Uniforms & Sizing**Parents are required to review the official sizing charts for accurate ordering prior to checkout.
**NO JERSEY EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES.**
**5. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & "Friendly Fraud" (Zero-Tolerance)**
By completing the registration process, the parent or guardian explicitly authorizes KNFFL LLC / Penn Prime Flag to charge the provided payment method.
**Immediate Ineligibility:** In the event that a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud claim is initiated with your bank or credit card company regarding your valid registration fee, the associated player(s) will be immediately suspended and deemed entirely ineligible to participate in any practices, games, or league events until the dispute is fully resolved.
**Administrative Penalty Fee:** Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks cause significant financial and administrative damage. If a chargeback is filed, your account will immediately be assessed a **$50.00 Administrative Penalty Fee** to cover the processor fees and organizational labor required to contest the dispute.
**Account Restoration:** To restore a player’s eligibility, the parent or guardian must reimburse KNFFL LLC / Penn Prime Flag for the original registration fee, plus the $50.00 Administrative Penalty Fee, via an alternative, secure payment method (such as direct payment portal or ACH bank transfer) prior to the player stepping on the field.
