- Penn Prime Flag Football does not provide refunds for any reason. All Fees will be applied as follows :
- If a Child decides not to play ** CREDITS FOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL BE APPLIED TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE FLAG / or PPFF TOURNAMENT PROGRAM ONLY**
